Scarlet Hope volunteers step into consistent, relational outreach with women in the adult entertainment industry through local outreach, digital outreach, prayer, and care teams.
Our volunteer process is designed to ensure alignment, safety, and preparation for this work.

How to Become A Volunteer
1. Attend Orientation
Orientation is the first step for all volunteers. During this session, you will learn about our mission, outreach model, expectations, and available roles.
Orientations are held virtually.
2. Apply Online
AfterĀ attending orientation, you will receive a link to submit your volunteer application and complete a background check (if required for your role).
3. Reference Check
For roles that involve direct outreach and interaction with women, we conduct reference checks and background screening to ensure safety and alignment.
4. Interview
A local Director will connect with you to discuss your interest, answer questions, and help determine the best fit for your gifts and availability.
5. Training
Volunteers receive training tailored to their area of service, including trauma-informed engagement and outreach preparation.
6. Welcome to the Team!
Once training is complete, youā€™ll be invited to begin serving in your selected role.
We are grateful for your willingness to step into this work.

Some support roles, such as prayer team, meal preparation, gift assembly, and event support, follow a shorter onboarding process and may not require references, a background check, or a formal interview.
