What Your Registration Fee Covers
Your mission trip registration fee covers the training, coordination, and outreach preparation required to serve effectively during World Cup outreach. This includes:

Pre-trip training and preparation

On-site orientation, teaching, and equipping sessions

Leadership, coordination, and support from Scarlet Hope staff

Outreach supplies and resources used during the trip

Digital Outreach training and campaign access

Church-hosted gathering spaces for training, prayer, and debrief and daily lunch provided

Administrative and operational costs that make the trip possible
What Is Not Included
Please note: Lodging, airfare, and local transportation are not included in the registration fee.
Participants are responsible for:

Travel to and from the host city
