What Your Registration Fee Covers

Your mission trip registration fee covers the training, coordination, and outreach preparation required to serve effectively during World Cup outreach. This includes:

  • Pre-trip training and preparation

  • On-site orientation, teaching, and equipping sessions

  • Leadership, coordination, and support from Scarlet Hope staff

  • Outreach supplies and resources used during the trip

  • Digital Outreach training and campaign access

  • Church-hosted gathering spaces for training, prayer, and debrief and daily lunch provided

  • Administrative and operational costs that make the trip possible

What Is Not Included

Please note: Lodging, airfare, and local transportation are not included in the registration fee.

Participants are responsible for:

  • Travel to and from the host city

  • Hotel accommodations

  • Meals and daily transportation during the trip
